The Empress - xx1

The Empress is a digital painting based loosely on an AI-generated image from Midjourney. I am fascinated by this technology and the wonderful visuals these platforms can create. I feel the tech has a long way to go as it didn’t produce anything I was overly happy with but did provide some inspiration that fuelled the final piece shown here.

I have a concept and story in my head to create three such pieces, The Empress xx1, The Warrior xx2, and The Sorceror xx3, presenting a series of powerful female-led characters. I’m not certain if AI will play a part in the additional pieces.
